STEVEN J. ROSALES

Mr. Rosales' background includes over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the construction industry, including: resolution of disputes, resolution of time impact issues, project planning & scheduling, cost / resource control, schedule analysis, software training and structural steel design / detailing. He is a recognized Consultant specializing in critical path method scheduling, Primavera scheduling software (all versions, including P3, P5, P6, P6 ver. 7 and the latest version P6 Release 8 and 8.1), analysis of impacts / delay and resolution of disputes.

Mr. Rosales has developed and maintained detailed project schedules on projects valued at over one billion dollars.  He has trained and instructed others in the usage of various project controls software, including Primavera Project Manager / Enterprise, Primavera Project Planner, Suretrak and Microsoft Project.  Mr. Rosales has consulted on a wide variety of projects in the private, public, and Federal sectors working with Owners, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Architects and Developers.

Mr. Rosales studied Mechanical Drafting and Design at the Arizona Automotive Institute (A.A.I.) Mechanical Division located in Glendale, Arizona, and graduated in June 1985. Prior to organizing Nitro Associates in 1992, Mr. Rosales was employed by Wexco International Corporation (1985-1992) in the capacities of Manager of Support Services, Scheduling Engineer, Construction Consultant and Manager of Consulting Operations.

In September 1992, Mr. Rosales organized the consulting firm NITRO ASSOCIATES Construction Consultants. He is responsible for general management aspects of the Corporation and numerous client assignments as pertains to; preparation of Baseline Construction Schedules, Subcontractor coordination, preparation of Monthly and / or Weekly Schedule Updates, review of Contractors / Subcontractors schedule data, review and preparation of schedule analysis and time extension requests, incorporation of changes into the schedule, maintaining progress billing data, documentation of delays and damages, resolution of disputes and claims preparation services.
